Store Policies

All sales are final, no exchange nor return. 

I try to photograph my product as accurately as possible, but due to screen differences some color shifting is expected.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped in 1-3 days after payment is received.

If you would like to have special requests for shipping, please e-mail me before purchasing. 

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email me beforehand. 

US Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Please allow 7-10 days once order has been shipped.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. There is a a tracking number but once the packages are out from the US, there is no way to track the packages. Usually it takes 7-14 days for arriving once order has been shipped but it may take 3-4weeks depending on destination countries. 

I cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

配送について

すべてのオーダーは入金確認後、３日以内に発送致します。

配送に関しまして、特別なリクエスト等がある場合、購入前にご連絡ください。

郵便事故の責任は負えませんのでご了承ください。

郵送保険を追加したい場合は購入前にご連絡ください。

アメリカ国内への配送について

すべてのオーダーはTracking Number 付きのUSPS First Class Mailにて発送致します。７～１０日で郵送されます。

海外への配送について

すべての荷物はUSPS First Class Mailにて発送致します。追跡ナンバーがついてきますが、荷物がアメリカ国外へ出た後の追跡はできませんので、ご了承ください。

発送されてから７～１４日で配達される予定ですが、それぞれの国の税関等の状況により、３週間～４週間かかる場合がまれにございますので、ご了承ください。

税関にて税金が発生する可能性がございますが、お客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
